Acupressure Points for Diabetes
Spleen – This pressure point is located on the inside of the lower legs, to the rear of the shin around four fingers above the ankle bones. By drawing an anticlockwise circle with a medium amount of pressure fairly slowly you’ll be able to help the functioning of your kidneys, liver and spleen.
Liver – Located in between the bit and small toe. Activate by putting gentle pressure and using anti clockwise movements. This is supposed to help relieve stress and anxiety and lead to a better emotion state and lessened levels of depression or overall sadness.
Kidney – Located on the inner side of the foot between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. Pressure here will increase the functionality of your kidneys allowing them to better removed poisons and toxins from the blood.
Stomach – Located on the interior part of the lower leg, eight fingers above the external malleolus. Helps to remove unwanted toxins from the blood stream and allow for better health and wellbeing over all.
