ALISO VIEJO, CA–(Marketwired – Sep 2, 2014) – Birth Choice Health Clinics — a California-based network of medically licensed, life-affirming health clinics offering free community health care and patient education programs — today announced the receipt of a third donation installment from Orange County couple and long-time Birth Choice supporters, Lynne and Dennis Jilot. In 2012, the Jilots committed to a $1 million contribution to Birth Choice that will be donated over the course of four years until their final installment in 2015.

Though the Jilots had been long-time supporters of Birth Choice and regular donors, they recognized the organization’s need for a more reliable and consistent source of funding. Thus, providing the organization with long-term financial security seemed the most certain solution to ensure the sustainability of Birth Choice’s mission, along with the longevity of its patient services and day-to-day operations.

“As a Birth Choice board member, my husband and I see the earnest commitment to life-affirming health care and ministry vision from the entire Birth Choice team,” says Lynne Jilot. “It is an honor and privilege to play a part in assuring the doors to Birth Choice clinics will always remain open to those throughout the community in need of resources and compassion.”

“The Birth Choice organization is incredibly thankful for the generous and steadfast financial support provided by Lynne and Dennis Jilot,” says Kathleen Eaton Bravo, founder and CEO of Birth Choice Health Clinics. “Their generosity has sustained our organizational operations, and allowed our dedicated medical teams and volunteers to continue providing necessary sexual health services and life-affirming care to those who need them most.”

Now, as Birth Choice is poised to launch its much-anticipated California Initiative — to unify health clinics across California under one new brand with a resounding message of compassionate, life-affirming values — commitments like that of the Jilot family are what will carry Birth Choice from the visualization of how sexual health care should be, to an accomplished reality. With this expansion, Birth Choice hopes to spread its proven, long-term business model for providing community healthcare across California and, eventually, nationwide.
