Toothache – For those who’ve suffered from it, you’ll know how painful a toothache can be. It tends to be caused by an inflammation near the nerve endings in the tooth, the pressure on these endings causes terrible pain. Toothache can be caused by poor diet or a symptom of a much deeper problem. Regardless there are several herbal methods for treating it:
– Keep a clove in-between the affected tooth or teeth and suck on it. You can apply clove oil to the painful area if you prefer.
– Place a clove of garlic on or around the aching tooth, let the juices be naturally absorbed for relief from pain.
– A pinch of pepper added to salt works well on reducing the sensitivity of teeth and as such helps you deal with the pain.
Body Odour – We’ve all suffered from it after a run or a long day but how do you deal with it without resorting to spray? Well shockingly there were methods of dealing with BO before the aerosol can came into existence, people have never been overly fond of smelling awful!
– Sage tea will minimise the activity of your sweat glands meaning you’ll sweat much less.
– Tomato juice in the bathing water will help neutralise your odour. Soak for around 15 minutes.
– Armpit odour can be immediately addressed by applying cider vinegar.
