Most men think of ways to improve their sexual stamina. It may be to do with their wellness and wellbeing or it may simply be a matter of sexual ego – but either way, improving your sexual health is no bad thing.
Some men have medical problems which are leading to problems in the bedroom, others simply feel insecure about their powers to please their partner in the bedroom. The good news is that to improve your sex life – small changes can be made that make a big difference in the bedroom.
If you’re a man and you want to last longer in bed, one very simple thing that you can try is to use thicker protection. This decreases sensitivity for you, and makes it take longer for you to reach climax, leading to a more drawn-out sexual encounter.
If you are not currently using condoms, you can also purchase a desensitising cream which follows the same principle. This is applied directly to the penis and should help to prolong the time that it takes you to reach orgasm. If this problem is not something that you want to share with a partner (or if you are in a new relationship) then thicker protection is far more discrete than the desensitising cream, as the cream causes a freezing sensation to occur, and this can be transmitted to the partner (let alone being a bit awkward to apply in the heat of the moment).
You can also use pulling out to make sex last longer. This is not the withdrawal method, where you pull out and ejaculate outwith the vagina, but rather a way of recognising the feeling that occurs before an orgasm. When you start to experience this you should pull out and wait for the pleasurable sensations to subside before resuming sexual activity. This can boost sexual stamina and can also lead to a more intense orgasm for men when they finally allow themselves to get there!
