What Could a Foam Roller Do To Improve Your Body?

To do one of the most basic moves, sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you, and your hands on the floor behind you. Support your weight on your hands, and ensure that the foam roller is underneath your calves. Slowly roll the foam device along the back of your legs, working up and down from your knees to your ankles.

 

Next, sit with your right leg on top of the roller. Bend your left leg at the knee and cross your left angle over your right. Place your hands on the floor behind you. For a more intensive post-workout roll, lie face down on the floor and put the roller underneath your hips. Put your weight on your right leg and roll the roller up and down from your knee to your hip. Then, switch legs and do the same on the other side.

 

Finally, sit on the floor next to a wall and put the foam roller behind your lower back. Keeping your abs tight, bend your knees and move the roller up and down your back.
