It was set up by Dr Midao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist who passed the technique to 16 followers in the 19th century. These followers have helped the technique spread to the rest of the world and it’s now got quite a following in the USA. The form of natural and side-affect free healing has become very popular as western medicine’s solutions to problems have become increasingly full of side-effects. It’s now possible to take a drug for an illness, be cured and then end up with side effects which are actually worse than the initial condition!
With healing techniques such as these there are two important things to remember. One is to go into them with an open mind as this will allow you to benefit the very best from them. The other is to continue with proscribed medical treatment. It’s great if it helps you but you don’t want to sacrifice your overall health for the belief that it’s work. Better to be safe than sorry and keep up both treatments and that way you’ll reap the rewards of both as opposed to neither.
Remember to consult your GP before making any drastic changes to treatment plans, it’s important to keep your wellness in top form after all!
