How to Squash that Weight and Meet your Goals

If you’re looking to lose weight and you’re not lucky enough to have the metabolism of a Greek God, then you’re going to already know that you need to start exercising regularly. If you can create yourself and then stick to a, realistic exercise program while watching what you eat and generally trying to steer clear of processed foods and drinks then the chances are you’re going to rock weight loss. IT’s never an easy thing to do but with a little persistence and a lot of will power you’ll start to see the weight drop away leaving a new, slim and sexy you.

 

What you might not be aware of, is that some sorts of exercise will help you lose weight far quicker than others will and combining a couple of different kinds of exercise can be a fantastic way to meet your weight loss targets! If you’re doing something like Pilates or yoga then you’ve already got a great regime for toning up your muscles and working on your core balance, what you might not have is something to really get your heart pumping.

It’s important that you exert yourself when you’re exercising or you’re not going to see the full weight loss benefit of the exercise you’re doing. The last thing you want is to be making all that effort and getting nothing out of it. One great form of exertive exercise is squash, the racket based sport. It’s generally a two player sport played in a small room out of view of most prying eyes which can be handy if you’re a little anxious about being watched. Most gyms will have several squash courts on offer and as such, you should aslways be able to go and have a game!
