No offence if you’re one of those people, but those people are crazy. I mean, it’s a good crazy and good for them for being healthy but for the rest of us, the last proper exercise we did was at school and it’s nothing but a nasty memory. This can put you off for a start but the important thing to remember with exercise is to find something you actually enjoy doing. There’s no point in making yourself run every day if you hate it, you won’t keep it up for very long and even if you do you’ll resent every minute.
Your exercise of choice can be anything Laser tag, paintballing, dancing, walking, regular sex or anything else which you do that requires lots of moving around. It doesn’t matter what you chose what matters is that you do it a lot and you pace yourself. Start slow and build up to more over time. Any exercise is better than none at all and to begin with your main aim will be not pulling a muscle! Don’t worry you’ll soon build up endurance and be able to last much longer, one step at a time!
