Little Things You Can Do To Help Lose Weight!

There are 101 ways in which you could lose weight and most of them will work, though some will be dangerous and others will be complicated, some will require too much time and others too little. Finding the balance, the right weight loss technique for you, is a battle in itself but don’t worry too much about it, we’re here to help. I’ve written a great list of little things, tiny changes and minuscule modifications you can make to your life which will power you along the path to a better and healthier you.

 

–                     Walk everywhere you can. This includes to work if you can make it, to the shop or wherever else you may be going. Work it into your life.

–                     Stop drinking whole milk. Go down the to the green topped semi skimmed.

–                     Hydrate, you’ll function better. Drink more water and less of everything else, this one works great as it actually saves you a ton of money as well!

–                     Learn to Leave. You don’t have to clear you plate, learnt to leave a bit behind and you’ll get into the habit. Eat less, lose weight faster.

–                     Work Outdoors. In the garden preferably, just a bit of weeding or mowing the lawn will help burn calories and you won’t even notice you’re exercising!

–                     Never eat seconds.

–                    Chores are bores, but then burn calories. Make them fun, make them a competition but do them.

–                     Steer clear of fried. Bake instead, or grilling words too if you pour away any excess fat. Try baking bacon in foil, I know it sounds odd but it’s delicious and so much better for you!

–                     Wash your car! If you do this by hand, once again you’ll be burning calories without realising you are doing!
