You can stuff yourself on veggies as much as you like on this day, as long as the foods in question are raw or boiled. However, using oil in cooking is strictly prohibited. On day three, you simply combine both of the previous days, and eat all the boiled/raw vegetables and fruits you want, with the exceptions of bananas and potatoes.

However, you won’t be missing out on bananas for long because, along with milk, that’s what you consume on day four. On this day you are allowed to consume as many bananas and glasses of milk as you like, which constitutes eight bananas and three glasses of milk for most people, and you can also have a bowl of vegetable soup if it doesn’t contain fats or grease.

On day five you can indulge yourself a little bit more, with a cup of rice and six whole tomatoes. Remember to drink plenty of water on this day, as it is necessary to flush out the excess uric acid that your body will be producing at this point. On day six you’ve got much the same menu, except that you can have as many different vegetables as you like with your cup of rice.

Finally, on day seven, you should consume one cup of rice, boiled/raw vegetables and fruit juice. It is claimed that you wake up on day eight roughly 10-15 pounds lighter. You can repeat this dieting cycle as often as you like, but make sure you keep a gap of 3-4 days between the repetitions.
