There have been several studies into osteoarthritis recently and it’s been shown that ladies are at much more of a risk from this condition than men are. As arthritis is often caused by an inflammatory reaction in the joints, removing any inflammatory foods from your diet and adding a whole host of anti-inflammatory ones is going to help ease your symptoms.
