When it comes to weight loss there are all kinds of resources open to you. Some will be useful but most won’t be and it will be up to you to differentiate between the two. The best and most effective way to lose weight will always be through the addition of a healthy diet and some exercise into your life. It doesn’t have to be very much exercise nor does it have to be a strict diet, what it needs to be is something you can keep doing. It’s no good if you crash out early, you’re going to need to keep it up.
There are of course the more extreme alternatives to those who have genuine medical conditions which create their weight gain. For them surgery might be the only solution but for most of us simply putting in the time and effort will be enough. Never give up, keep setting yourself goals slightly further away and be proud when you reach those goals.
