Ingredients
- 2 cups semolina (soojee)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- Salt to taste
- Water as per requirement
- Butter
- Coriander (chopped)
Method
l Mix the semolina, butter milk, green coriander, salt and a little water in a large bowl to prepare a mixture and keep aside.
- Now heat some oil in the pan and add the mustard seeds.
- Add the mustard seed to the prepared semolina mixture.
- Take a non stick pan and add butter to it.
- Take 2 table spoons of the batter and spread it on the pan. Cook it on a low flame.
- Turn onto the other side until it’s crisp.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
