Low-fat diet menu rules
– Develop a system and try to eat at the same time.

Breakfast

A glass of juice or tea or coffee (without sugar and cream).
Lunch
Take a medium-sized bowl, place all the elements on the plate (must be complete).
Peas and canned corn, chicken or fish 100 grams (up to 3 times per week). Instead of peas and corn can be any type of mixture of raw or cooked vegetables. All fruits and fruit juices.
Dinner
All the above vegetables or cabbage boiled, some rice or 1 chapati, left, yogurt and apple juice or pear.
