Brady McIntrye finished second in two events to lead the South Tahoe boys swimming team at the Northern Nevada Invitational Meet on Saturday.
McIntrye was second in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard butterfly. Loui Marin took third in the 100-yard breaststroke.
On the girls side, Maia Smith took third in the girls 50 yard freestyle and Madeline Pennington placed fourth in the 100-yard butterfly.
The Vikings competed against teams from McQueen, Churchill, Sage Ridge, Fernley, Spanish Springs, Lowry, Bishop Manogue, Sparks and Reed high schools.
South Tahoe’s relay teams had respectable showings including the boys 200-yard freestyle second place finish and fourth for the 200-yard medley girls and boys team.
The Vikings continue the season on Saturday with a meet at Truckee.
