High school softball ratings: Southington Keeps No. 1 Rating

No. 2 Torrington and No. 7 Fitch both finished the regular season unbeaten and open conference tournament play this week in the NVL and the ECC, respectively. No. 1 Southington, also undefeated, has one regular season game left, against New Britain.

 

No. 9 Bristol Central beat No. 10 Maloney 6-3 on Sunday and still has to face crosstown rival and area No. 4 Bristol Eastern on Wednesday. Area No. 8 Suffield clinched the NCCC regular season title with a 10-3 win against Ellington.
