2014: The Year of the (Red) Horse… Five races into the 2014 season, Red Horse Racing leads the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver championship point standings with driver Timothy Peters, with Germán Quiroga only six points behind in the fourth position. The RHR teams have collectively claimed two top-five and 10 top-10 finishes this season. Quiroga remains the only driver in the Camping World Truck Series to have finished in the top 10 in each of the 2014 season events.
Tenth Year of NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Competition… Following the 2005 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Clean Line Motorsports became Red Horse Racing with new ownership. Seven races later, Red Horse Racing earned both its first pole award and win at Memphis Motorsports Park with Brandon Whitt behind the wheel of the No. 38 Toyota Tundra. Since entering NCWTS competition, RHR has logged 394 starts, earning 12 wins, 75 top-five finishes, 166 top-10 finishes and 11 pole awards, with an average starting position of 13.5 and an average finishing position of 14.3.
Meet Red Horse Racing Drivers at Texas… RHR’s Timothy Peters and Germán Quiroga are scheduled to participate in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series autograph session with fellow drivers on Friday, June 6, from 2:30-3:30 p.m. local time in the Texas Motor Speedway Fan Midway, towards Turn 1.

Catch the Action… FOX Sports 1′s live coverage of the WinStar World Casino and Resort 400 is scheduled to begin on Friday, June 6 at 9 p.m. Eastern Time. The race will also be broadcast on the Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90. Qualifying for the sixth event on the 2014 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series schedule is not scheduled for broadcast, but will place on Friday, June 6 at 5:10 p.m. ET.
This Week’s Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra at Texas Motor Speedway… Timothy Peters will be piloting chassis No. 017 in the WinStar World Casino and Resort 400 at Texas Motor Speedway on Friday, June 6. This Toyota Tundra debuted at Kansas Speedway this past May, where Peters drove it to an eighth-place qualifying effort and finished 14th.
Peters History at Texas Motor Speedway… Peters has two top-10 finishes at Texas Motor Speedway, coming home seventh in 2008 and 10th in 2012 (November). The Providence, North Carolina, native started from the second position in 2012 (June) when rain forced the cancellation of qualifying and the field was set per the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series owner’s point standings.
Media Availability for Peters at Texas… The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Points Leader will be available for questions in the Texas Motor Speedway infield media center on Thursday, June 13 at 4:15 p.m. local time.
Race Rewind: Dover International Speedway… Peters wheeled his No. 17 Red Horse Racing Toyota Tundra to a 10th-place finish at Dover International Speedway after battling loose-handling conditions throughout the race. He left the Dover, Delaware race track as the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series point standings leader.

This Toyota Tundra is brand new to the Red Horse Racing stable and was built specifically for 1.5-mile race tracks.Quiroga at Texas Motor Speedway… Quiroga has found much success at Texas Motor Speedway, where he earned his first career top-five finish in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, coming home third in the June 2013 event. The Mexico City native matched that result with a third-place finish at Pocono Raceway in August 2013.Keeping the Top-10 Streak Alive… Quiroga remains the only driver in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series to have earned a top-10 finish in every race this season. His impressive streak puts him fourth in the Camping World Truck Series championship point standings, six points shy of first place. He is the first Mexican-born driver in history to be ranked in the top five in points in any of NASCAR’s top series.
Race Rewind: Dover Motor Speedway… The No. 77 NET10 Wireless Toyota Tundra started from the fourth position at Dover International Speedway, after qualifying was cancelled out due to rain. Quiroga battled loose-handling conditions throughout the day, but raced his way to a ninth-place finish after being caught a lap down to the leader and in the 19th position.

It’s one of the few tracks where we compete twice a year and we’ve done some testing there too, so I’ve been there five or six times already.
