Pratt & Whitney Cycling Club Members Participate In Two June Charity Events

The Pratt & Whitney Cycling Club geared up to participate in two charitable rides this spring. First was the Windsor Multiple Sclerosis Ride on June 1. The event has been supported by the Pratt & Whitney team for six years, during which they have helped raised nearly $20,000 for MS research.Community Renewal Team’s Communications Department was awarded a PRSA Gold Award for their multi-element 50th Anniversary Campaign held throughout 2013.

 

On June 8, the Pratt & Whitney Cycling Club took part in the Connecticut Tour de Cure at the Durham Fairgrounds. This race featured seven-, 17-, 31-, 64- and 100-mile distances, all to benefit the American Diabetes Association.
