Cheer squad to host fundraiser
NORMAN — The Apple Gold Group, a franchisee of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar, will partner with the junior varsity cheerleading squad at Norman High School to host a Flapjack Fundraiser on Saturday.
Funds raised at the pancake breakfast will be used by team members to offset competition costs throughout the season and help fund an end-of-year banquet.
“Apple Gold Group is proud of its lasting partnerships with local sport teams and athletic programs,” said Michael Olander, president and CEO of the Apple Gold Group. “Please help these athletes reach their fundraising goals by joining us …”
The Norman High cheerleading fundraiser will be hosted by the Applebee’s restaurant at 500 Ed Noble Parkway, starting at 7 a.m. Tickets for the Flapjack Fundraiser are $7 and can be purchased by calling DeShanna Wolking at 408-1229.
