Croatia Paralympic athlete sets new world record in high jump

Croatian Paralympic athlete Zoran Talic won the gold medal and set a new world record in high jump at the Inas Open European Athletics Championships for para-atheletes with an intellectual disability, held on Bergen Op Zoom in the Netherlands from 11 – 15 June.

 

The athlete from Zagreb cleared 196 cm.

 

The silver medal went to Sweden’s Sodling Joakim who cleared 189 cm and the bronze went to Tothu Lasziou of Hungary who jumped 187 cm.
