Brazilian beauty boost for world cup winners
Gisele Bundchen is set to bring a touch of class to the FIFA World Cup. As things are heating up on pitch, the model is sure to get fans hot under the collar when she hands out the trophy during the official closing ceremony on July 13.
According to reports in the Boston Globe, the 33-year-old star has been selected as a replacement for Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff, who has been targeted with abuse due to the huge costs incurred from hosting the tournament, and Gisele is seen as a safer bet.
Reports say the Brazilian beauty will be joined by her husband Tom Brady — with whom she has five-year-old son Benjamin and two-year-old daughter Vivian — at the event, which will take place at the Maracana Mario Filho Stadium in Rio de Janeiro.
Avicii, Carlos Santana and Wyclef will all be on hand to perform on the occasion.
