Sreesanth is exploring new avenues, his passion for dancing took him to the reality show Jhalak Dikhla Ja and now the pacer will be making his Bollywood debut.
Sreesanth’s brother Dipusanth confirmed to a newspaper,”Yes, Sreesanth will play the lead in the film. It will be a remake of a yesteryear super-hit Malayalam film, which was quite controversial at that point of time”.
“The film has a familial subject, and work on it will start as soon as the dance reality show, which he is currently part of, gets over,” he added. Sreesanth also has a Tamil movie coming up, but his priority will be the Hindi film. “The rest of the cast hasn’t been decided yet, but the film will have a 2015 release,” said Dipusanth.
It’s not the first time that a cricketer is trying his luck in Bollywood, however no cricketer has been able to make a successful career at acting yet.
