Iordache of Romania tops in Women’s Vault in Doha

Doha: World and Olympic bronze medallist Larisa Iordache of Romania topped in the Women’s vault at the 7th FIG Artistic Gymnastics World Cup Series here yesterday.

Teja Belak of Slovenia took the silver followed by Hiu Ying Angel Wong of Hong Kong.

Gold medals were decided in four other events yesterday.

The three-day event ends today. Around 200 gymnasts from 37 countries are taking part in the championship.
