Police hunting car involved in weekend Savannah hit-and-run
Officers with the Major Accident Investigation Team of the Savannah-Chatham police department are seeking help from the public in identifying the vehicle that struck a Savannah man and left the scene Saturday morning.
A General Motors-produced vehicle struck the 42-year-old victim as he was walking on Howard Foss Drive near Howard Foss Court about midnight Friday. The vehicle did not stop.

Butler was declared dead on the scene.
MAIT continues to search for the first vehicle.
Anyone with information on the vehicle or its driver is asked to call Crimestoppers at 912-234-2020 or text CRIMES (274637) using the keyword CSTOP2020. Tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
