The fatty acids are good for general wellness as they can improve mood, concentration and moisturise skin on your hands.
Tone down products
Loading more chemicals on to your already detergent-sensitive skin could just dry your hands out further, so be careful when choosing lotions that contain a long list of preservatives, like alcohol. Sometimes it’s better to streamline your skin care and go for products with fewer ingredients. Some find petroleum jelly useful for example, as it acts as a good barrier against moisture loss and doesn’t contain lots of different products.
