The Canadian Grand Prix was by far the best Formula 1 race of the year, with five drivers dueling for podium positions in the closing laps at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal. Infiniti Red Bull’s Daniel Ricciardo blew past Mercedes’ Nico Rosberg for his first ever win, but the race ended under safety car conditions following a huge crash on the final lap.

Sergio Perez, Sebastian Vettel and Felipe Massa were racing for the final podium position, but a collision in the first turn nearly collected all three cars. Massa, trying to overtake Perez, touched wheels and sent both cars spinning. Vettel barely made it through the corner unscathed.
