THE Fiji Electricity Authority team won the Business House Futsal competition at the FMF Gymnasium in Laucala Bay last week.
The side defeated a strong Dulux Paint team 2-0 in the final on Wednesday night.
Competition organiser Tagi Vonolagi was impressed with the turnout on the final day of the weekly competition.
“There were 300 plus spectators cheering for their teams taking part in the shield semi finals, bowl, plate and cup,” the former national goalkeeper said.
“The competition was a success with business house teams supporting it. We are looking at hosting another competition before the year ends.”
In the semis, Dulux Paint team with the most vocal team support every evening defeated a star-studded Southern Forest from Navua while FEA defeated FIRCA.
In the other categories, Williams and Gosling defeating Fiji TV in the shield, KPMG defeated JR White in the bowl and FNU defeated Dominion Insurance in the plate finals.
