You’ve likely heard of CrossFit as being a high-intensity workout combining core training, cardio, weightlifting and gymnastics for a complete full-body workout.

As the top strength and conditioning program for elite athletes worldwide, and professionals in the police and military service, the program is designed to prepare your body for the unexpected.

But did you know that not all CrossFit gyms are created equal? As the original CrossFit gym in the area, CrossFit Guelph opened its doors in 2006. Since then, we’ve raised the bar to become the top CrossFit gym in the region.

With a team of talented trainers boasting a long list of qualifications and practical experience, CrossFit Guelph enhances your journey to optimum fitness in a safe environment full of passionate people dedicated to supporting one another.

We offer the following programs:
CrossFit

All new members must complete basic training to participate in CrossFit workouts safely and effectively. Basic training is conducted on a one-to-one basis with a professional trainer or in a group “boot camp” setting. Once you pass our Functional Movement Screen assessment, you’re welcome to join regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.

Royal City Weightlifting
We’re home to the only registered Olympic Lifting Club in the area. Bulk up with training sessions led by former Olympic coach Sandor Balo. As well as coaching the Serbian National Lifting Program, Balo served as a junior national and women’s team coach. He is also an athletic therapist.

Whether your goal is to improve your lifting or to look good in a swimsuit, our personal training services provide you with that extra push to keep you motivated. Tailored to your skill level, our professional trainers design workout programs to meet your individual needs.
