  3. Broccoli is said to fight the chances of certain kinds of cancer occurring as well as having a healthy dose of antioxidants. It’s one of the most nutritious of all vegetables but to get the most out of your broccoli you’re going to want to steam or boil it gently before consuming.
  4. Omega 3 fatty acids are most commonly found in oily fish and are the most powerful natural anti-inflammatory agents known to man.  Most illnesses cause an inflammatory reaction of one kind or another so omega 3 acids will help to preserve your cells from any damage those diseases would usually cause them!
