Reduce Holiday Clutter (Before You Get Swallowed Alive by Tinsel)

We’re done with Halloween. Thanksgiving is over. All that’s left is Christmas and a toast to Auld Lang Syne and we’ll be done with 2017. Yikes. Do you even remember your New Year’s resolutions? Whatever they were, you now have less than a month to check them off your to-do list.

Or, you could chalk ‘em up to ‘didn’t quite make it’ and turn your attention to something that will ensure you kick off 2018 with a clean and more importantly, clutter-free, slate. Because let’s face it, when it comes to clutter December is probably definitely the worst month of the year.

Be honest, every January you swear that this is the year you’re going to do things differently and then before you know it the Holidays are upon you and you’re all caught up in the festivities.

I get it. I’m a hardcore minimalist and even I get caught up in the atmosphere of joy and giving this time year brings with it. But getting drunk on Christmas spirit comes with consequences, most notably clutter and debt.

To help you avoid or at least get a handle on your clutter, I’ve compiled a list of posts that will inspire you to celebrate the Holidays without amassing a mountain of stuff. It can be done, it just takes a little planning, forethought and patience.
