Lose weight with Yoga Poses

Downward dog – a bending pose with your feet and hands on the ground that really stretches those legs helping you to tone and burn calories.
Plank – this is like a press-up, keeping your body and arms straight you hold this position for several moments. This helps tone your arms as well as your core, the muscles of which tighten to hold your body straight in the posture.
