Karissa Rayhill had a big day at the White River High School Practice Rodeo May 23, winning the Breakaway Roping, Goat Tying and Barrel Racing events.
Shiann Allen won a Don Hight Memorial Scholarship for $500.

Goat tying: Karissa Rayhill, 8.53, 1st.

Breakaway Roping: Karissa Rayhill 2.91, 1st.
This is the first time in eight years White River has hosted a high school rodeo and it was sponsored by the Michael Glynn Memorial Coalition. There were 60 contestants competing.
