How to prevent the cancer risk associated with meat products
According to extensive research, you have a far higher risk of getting cancer if you eat animal products. Animal products include meat, eggs and all dairy food. With breast cancer, for example, a contributing factor is our absorption of the saturated fat from meat products, which increases the amount of oestrogen and testosterone in our bodies.
