Rice corner: kaju-paneer pulav recipe
Upgrade your regular pulav with some paneer, cashew nuts and whole indian spices. It’s easy to make, tastes amazing and is a perfect dish for dinner and even for parties and weekend get-together.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of rice (cooked)
- 1/2 cup of cashews (fried)
- 200 gms paneer (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- Salt to taste
- 8-10 whole black pepper
- 2 cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 piece of cinnamon
- Ghee (as per requirement)
- Oil to fry
Method
- Heat some oil in the pan and fry the paneer till it turns golden.
- Heat some ghee in another pan, add all the whole spices and fry it until it starts to release scent.
- Add rice and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot after mixing fried paneer and cashew nuts into the rice.
