Party time starter: paneer popcorn

If there is a festival or a party, then the starter and snacks should also be of tasty and unique. This paneer popcorn is so yummy. Crunchy and soft. It is very easy to make and also very tasty in eat. Your guests will not be able to stay without giving you compliments. So definitely try making this tasty starter that everybody will love.

Ingredients

  • Half a cup of cottage cheese (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 1/4 cup flour / rice flour / gram flour
  • Half a teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • Half-a-half teaspoon red chilli powder and cracked black pepper powder
  • 3/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Mix Herb (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

For roll: Half cup bread slit

Separately, add half the tsp red chili powder and salt to taste.

Method

  • Mix flour / rice flour / gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, mix herb and salt in the bowl.
  • Make a thick batter by adding water as needed.
  • Mix the pieces of paneer into the batter and wrap it well in the bread slit.
  • Keep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces of paneer until golden in hot oil.
  • You can also grill it if you want.

Serve hot.
