Living a healthier life means better sex more often!

We at Yourwellness constantly tout the benefits of living a generally healthy life as if it’s our jobs to. Which of course it is. Regardless of this, there are indeed a huge array of benefits to living a healthy and active life and these benefits range from an increased life span to an improved sex life. That’s right, eating right, not taking heavy drugs and generally keeping fit could keep your libido and your rate of sexual encounters nice and high.
I know what you’re thinking, what won’t this guy say to get us to eat right? Literally nothing. There is nothing I won’t say to get you to live a longer and more sexual life and you should thank me for that! This isn’t just me making things up though, oh no, this is supported by some research which went on in Denmark. After looking at the lives of over 5000 men and women aged between 16 and 97, it was shown that living a less healthy life can lead to less sex in general or just the lack of sexual partner’s altogether. Obviously not all the time and in all cases, but often enough that it can be a real concern if you enjoy sex, which if you’re human you probably do.

The solution here guys, and bear with me because I’m about to get technical on you, is to live healthier. Eat better and you’ll have more energy, exercise more and you’ll have more stamina and of course knock off the drugs or excessive boozing and you’ll be awake and in control enough really appreciate the majesty which is human sexuality. At the end of the say all you’ve got to lose is a short lifespan and what you can gain could be much more profound. Try it and see!
