Olive and pepper salad is a simple mix of ripe olives with veggies, seasoned with just the right amount of lemon juice and spices to have a fresh and tangy taste.
Ingredients Of Olive And Peppers Salad
- 1/2 Cup Ripe olives
- 1 Red bell pepper (1/4-inch cubes), chopped
- 2 Capsicum (cut in roundels)
- Cucumber (seeds removed and cut into 1/4-inch cubes)
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 Cup Garlic infused with olive oil
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper (freshly cracked)
How to Make Olive and Peppers Salad
- 1.In a medium bowl, toss together olives, lemon juice and oliv eoil infused garlic to make vinaigrette.
- 2.In a plate, arrange roundels of capsicum and cucumber neatly, sprinkle lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- 3.Right before serving pour vinaigrette over olive mixture and serve.
