How to Lose Weight without Getting Tired, Hungry or Weak
The idea of weight loss should make you think of a better wellbeing, where you are healthier, fitter and have more vitality. As with diet, you need to choose an exercise programme that suits your lifestyle and works best for you. Zumba is great but if you have arthritis or an injury, it’s simply not for you. Walking is one of the best exercises around since it doesn’t cost anything, except maybe a good pair of walking shoes, it’s easy on your knees and good for your heart. You can walk as much or as little as you like, as a family, with a friend, or by yourself if you want some alone time. Start out slowly by doing 20 to 30 minutes 3 times a week then increase it as you get stronger, and remember to check with your doctor before starting any exercise routine.
