Studies Advise Low Fat Diet For Dropping The Pounds

Research has found that a diet low in fat will help people to lose around three and a half pounds without any other form of dieting. Those who took part in the trial found that they lost weight around their waistline as well as lowering their levels of bad cholesterol. It is also advised that you reduce your sugar and alcohol intake, as well as giving up smoking and increasing your exercise.
