Can the Right Diet Help to Enhance Your Breast Size?

Breast size is a common complaint amongst women, with most of us wishing they were just a little bigger. However, there’s not anything you can do to maximise what the Good Lord gave you, is there? According to sexual health and wellness expert Jenny Patrizia, who has degrees in Psychology and Nutrition, there is.

Patrizia notes, ‘For some women, it’s natural to want bigger breasts. With all the drooling going on by men over them, it’s no wonder we as women might feel a little insecure when it comes to breast sizes. I am just as guilty, so don’t worry! When did a part of the body that was meant to feed and nourish our babies become a physical obsession to many? As of 2011, an estimated 5,083,717 women have received breast implants in the United States. In 2011 alone, over 300,000 women had them done…But, what if I told you that there are foods that can actually enhance your breast size? It’s true, friends. Many of our illnesses, diseases, mental states and yes, physical states as well, can be improved by the foods we eat.’

But how can your diet relate to your breast wellness? ‘It really is quiet simple,’ says Patrizia. ‘It has to do with one very significant hormone – oestrogen. Oestrogen, which is the female hormone that kicks off women’s menstrual cycle during puberty, is also responsible for making your body more curvy and your breasts bigger. Sometimes, hormonal imbalance affects the size of your breasts. If your body produces extra male hormone (testosterone), this might impede breast growth. I was not blessed with large breasts. I am not afraid to admit it.  But fortunately, I am happy with them now, after following a proper diet and my own advice!  And yes, you can too.’

So which foods should flatter-chested women be eating? ‘There are plant-based foods that mimic oestrogen in the body with something called “Phyto-Oestrogen,”’ Patrizia explains. ‘There is a wide variety of oestrogen-rich foods, which you can eat to help make your breasts grow by up to one or two cup sizes!’ To increase your breast size, try including some of the following foods in your daily diet:

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Cabbage
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Flaxseed
  • Soybean
  • Tofu
  • Pinto Beans
  • Kidney Beans
  • Peas
  • Cloves
  • Peanuts
  • Whole Grains
  • Peaches
  • Pears
  • Raisins
  • Cherries
  • Grapefruit
  • Mandarin
  • Kiwi
  • Orange
  • Cucumbers
  • Kale
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Cucumbers
  • Tomatoes
  • Green Beans
  • Alfalfa Sprouts
  • Spinach
  • Garlic
  • Hops
  • Licorice
  • Oats
  • Olive oil
  • Olives
  • Papaya
  • Parsley
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Eggs
  • Eggplant
  • Carrots
  • Beets
  • Apple

As well as loading up on the above breast-enhancing foods, there are some foods that might be inhibiting your breast size. If you want bigger breasts, it might be a good idea to avoid the following foods:

  • Berries
  • Buckwheat
  • Cabbage
  • Citrus Foods
  • Corn
  • Figs
  • Fruits (except apples, cherries, dates, pomegranates)
  • Grapes
  • Green beans
  • Melons
  • Millet
  • Onions
  • Pears
  • Pineapples
  • Squashes
  • Tapioca
  • White rice
  • White flour

However, Patrizia warns, ‘I know this is exciting and quite a revelation, but with everything good comes caution. Too much oestrogen has been linked to breast cancer risk, so if you present any risk factors or are suffering from breast cancer, PMS, fibroids, ovarian cysts, and other conditions that oestrogen might exacerbate, please be cautious. Health before looks!’
