If you ignore the mass of weight loss convolution, which can be tricky in itself, then you’re really only left with a few very simple rules for weight loss. –       Poultry
Chicken and turkey are known for having really high levels of protein which is not only great for you, it’ll help you keep full for much longer

–       Lean Meat
Beef and ham with the fat cut away or lean mince of any kind are great examples of lean meat. Again, they are mostly protein which will help you keep full more much longer. A larger proportion of lean meat is water which is satiating and contains no calories at all!

–       Fish
Fish is a wonder food in a great many ways. As long as it’s of good quality and as natural as you can manage you’ll find that it’s chock full of protein and other great vitamins and nutrients whilst being almost completely fat free!
