– You can have fatty drinks
It might be hard to picture it but certain drinks are full of calories which will do you no favours if you’re trying to lose weight. Alcohol is a particularly unhealthy thing. Beers, ciders, wine and even cocktails are high in calories and should be avoided where you can. You’ll be amazed by how much easier it will be to lose weight if you simply start drinking water instead.
– All exercise is good exercise
If you would be sitting down doing nothing strenuous but you’re up and active then you’re on the road to weight loss success! Any movement burns calories and the more you do the better. If you’re doing chores then try throwing in some extra exercises. Lunge while hoovering, dance while dusting. Anything you can think of which increases you rate of movement will help you on the road to a slimmer you.
– The easiest way to not eat it is if it’s not there
Don’t buy snacks or fatty foods and you won’t be able to eat them. If you buy foods that you have to put together yourself you’ll be less likely to snack and anything you do have will be better for you!
